Ready for your journey into the world of Cold exposure and cold plunge?
First take part in our private introductory course or workshop and get the license for independent ice bathing in our studio.
We have our focus on Private intro sessions shifted to give you a personal and safe start. No matter whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced “biohacker” who wants to deepen your routine – we will accompany you Cold shock mastered in a controlled manner.
The intro workshops always take place on weekends Health Temple at Manessestrasse 120. Private intros can also take place individually during the week.
Find the next dates on our Templeshape app, in the 'Workshops' section on the homepage and register directly. All you need to bring with you is a bathing suit, a beach towel, comfortable clothing and of course your best sneakers!
The workshop takes place in English and/or German and lasts approximately 60 minutes.


After you have obtained the license to use the Templeshape ice pool independently with our private workshop, you can get a subscription or start a new routine with the inexpensive annual membership.

Cold exposure & immune system: Dr. Nikolai Shevchuk et al. examined the effect of cold hydrowater therapy on mental health and beta-endorphins.
Brown adipose tissue: Studies by Dr. Susanna Søberg show that regular cold stimuli can increase metabolic activity by activating 'Brown Adipose Tissue' (BAT) (Søberg Principle).
