Overview

Join us on our exciting yoga & fitness retreat in Crete during your Easter break. A brand new 9-bedroom villa, just a short walk from the ocean, will be your home for a whole week.

The best thing about it: Since we start on Good Friday and also spend Easter Monday on site, you only have to take 4 days off to go on this 8-day relaxing vacation.

Enjoy daily sports sessions, delicious culinary delights, relaxed book reading sessions by the pool and much more – everything your heart desires!

And what you shouldn't forget, of course: the unbeatable company of like-minded people!

No matter where you are on your fitness and yoga journey and whether you are traveling alone or with someone, everyone is welcome to join this exciting experience!

Accommodation

For our retreat we exclusively rent an absolute luxury villa with sea view and only 7 minutes walk from the beach.

You can stay in a single room or in a double room (double bed or two single beds).

There are two pools, comfortable lounges for chilling, long tables for entertaining evenings and dinners.

And of course the incredibly beautiful sea view should not be missed.

Sports & Yoga

One thing in advance: Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.

If you e.g. For example, if you only want to do sports once a week, then that's completely okay. We don't attract people who come on vacation to shred and want to fly home with a six-pack.

We also don't attract people who want to have a deeply spiritual experience in the desert on retreat and chant Om Shanti all day. Others cover that. 

With us you will find relaxed people who like to live a healthy and balanced life or who want to give their life a kick-start towards a sustainably healthier direction with this retreat.

  • Our HIIT fitness classes are designed to make you feel energetic and fit when you leave.
  • Our yoga is designed to stretch not only your body, but also your mind and get in touch with your emotions. The yoga sessions allow you to spend time with yourself and give you the peace that you might not always get in everyday life.

Example weekly plan

day 1

Arrive and immerse yourself

Our shuttle will pick you up from the airport in Heraklion and take you directly to our luxurious villa in Skaleta. Check-in starts at 5:00 p.m.

We await you there with a welcome drink and delicious food. You can also look forward to your comfortable bed. Here you can recover from the trip and prepare for the exciting first day of the retreat on Saturday. 

day 2

The kick-off of your adventure

Your Greece adventure begins with an energetic boot camp session, followed by a delicious breakfast.

Your time at the pool, where you'll make cool new friends, will only be interrupted for lunch together. 

A yoga session by the pool brings relaxation, followed by a delicious dinner prepared by our private chef. 

The day ends with an engaging lecture on nutrition and exercise - so you can get the most out of your activities both at camp and at home.

Day 3

Dinner in a real tavern

We start Sunday with another boot camp session. 

If you already have sore muscles from the previous days, you can just relax and look forward to the yoga session in the afternoon.

After yoga, we walk inland to a local restaurant, which gives us an insight into Cretan culture. Get ready for a real Crete Experience!

Day 4

Thank God it's Monday

How wonderful it is to be in Greece on Easter Monday.
It would be pretty warm at home and we're sitting here by the beautiful pool.
Today we will take a boot camp break so that your body can recover a bit. We enjoy a yoga session by the pool in the morning.

We will create dinner together during a cooking class with our private chef. He shows us the magic of Greek cuisine.

Day 5

Let's create memories

Today we start again full of energy with a boot camp session.
Afterwards we enjoy the delicious breakfast together.

In the afternoon there will be a creative workshop in which you can create a souvenir that you can take home with you.

The evening yoga will totally relax us all. Let's eat and then fall into bed relaxed.

 

Day 6

Sun, beach and fun

Today you have time to explore the nearby beaches (if you haven't already).

Otherwise we have a lot of time for sport, community and for yourself.
How about writing a letter today to someone you've been wanting to tell for a long time that you appreciate them?

 

Day 7

Market excursion & closing evening

One of the most special days in the Fitness & Yoga Retreat is the excursion day to the nearby town of Rhetymno.
There is a weekly market there every Thursday where you can buy beautiful souvenirs as well as delicious local products.
Enjoy a local lunch there before you can enjoy your last yoga class back at the villa in the afternoon.
The last dinner together is also coming up. Let’s enjoy the presence of all the lovely retreat guests once again.
We toast an unforgettable week with a delicious glass.

Day 8

The Grand Finale

It's time to say goodbye - but not to be sad!

The friendships you made this week will stay with you for a long time. Believe us, we speak from experience.

The final boot camp before breakfast gives you the final energy kick before our shuttle takes you to the airport in Heraklion.

Very nice yoga studio, I attended the HIIT yoga class with Ina using the HalloYoga book and it was amazing. She focuses on individual progress and is super friendly.
