It is our mission to enable as many people as possible at the airport and in Kloten to have a healthy and balanced fitness and yoga routine!
At Templeshape, you don't remain a stranger for long - you train for 60 minutes in manageable small groups of usually 6 - 12 people.
At the beginning we start with 8 group training sessions every week.
The workouts are tailored to your fitness level because we make sure that everyone does the exercises at their own pace clean executes.

The HIIT boot camp is an intense one Full body workout for maximum Calorie consumption – ideal for commuters Rümlang and Opfikon.
12:00PM - Power yoga
Power yoga (Vinyasa Flow): Fast, dynamic flows that Mindfulness and combine strength. A perfect start to the day.
6:00PM - Flow Pilates
Flow Pilates: A flowing training that is yours Core muscles strengthens and as optimal Prevention for a healthy one attitude serves.

In collaboration with Novu Campus, our group lessons take place in Circle 61 in Kloten.
You have access via the Novu Campus Coffee Bar. Just come in and go down the stairs to the right.
We recommend traveling by public transport - if you come by car, P4 is the nearest parking garage.
