Templeshape specialises in small-group Mat Pilates. You work with bodyweight and simple props. If you specifically want machine-based Reformer training, our classes are not the right match. If you want precise Matwork and personal corrections, the trial class is a useful first step.

# Which class should you choose?

Classic Pilates is calm and technical. Flow Pilates connects movements more continuously. Fire Pilates is more intense and adds a stronger conditioning element. The live schedule shows which format is available at each location.
