Qualifications: CrossFit certified trainer who runs her own outdoor bootcamp in Zürich since 2017 and has given trainings for companies like Samsung. Dani also runs her own bi-annual bootcamp and yoga retreat. She is a teacher, which makes her good at ... well, teaching.
Motivation: I believe that you best inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle by setting good example.

- 3You can participate in challenges against other members to earn extra points and badges.

Earn points for completing diverse full-body video workouts and live-workouts via zoom. Do them on your own or meet up with other Templeshapers in person.
Competition & Rewards = Motivation
Use your points to exchange them for cool rewards. There is also a point leaderboard where you can compete against other Templeshapers to keep your motivation up!
There is no obligation to attend classes. If you miss a live-workout, you can complete it within one week and still earn your points.
