Sports, yoga & hiking
One thing in advance: Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.
If you e.g. For example, if you just want to take part in sports or yoga, then that's completely okay. This weekend at 100% is all about getting what you need right now.
Our guests are “normal” people. Some do sports several times a week, others do yoga and others do neither. Our sessions are designed so that beginners as well as professionals get their money's worth.
If health and a balanced life are already important to you or you would like to learn more about it and set an example for sustainable change in this direction with this retreat, then you have come to the right place!
Eat
We are absolute foodies.
Our yoga & fitness retreat in Switzerland is the only one where we cook for you ourselves - often recipes from our own cookbook!
Healthy and delicious food is simply part of our lifestyle and is an integral part of Templeshape.
We offer you a balanced diet - this also includes delicious but healthy desserts ;)
Accommodation
A maximum of 12 guests can be accommodated in the cozy chalet.
This is our most family retreat, where we combine tradition and home with fitness, yoga and unique food.
The traditional house with fireplace and huge garden has a large and a small terrace, both with a view of the 7 Churfirsten. They invite you to relax, be together and show true love for your homeland.
Oh, how beautiful Switzerland is.
Just a 5-minute walk and you're in the forest, the opening on the other side of which is also the portal to the most Swiss sight of all: green meadows, jingling cowbells and the occasional cute wooden chalet will take your breath away.
A real break for the head.
Weekend sample plan
The day starts with a morning workout, followed by a hearty breakfast with things you may never have eaten before.
Afterwards we walk – the others call it hiking – along a very beautiful route up the mountain to a hut called Gamplüt. There is a soft drink there.
Once back at the bottom, we satisfy our screaming stomachs with a delicious lunch. Afterwards, most people chill out or play something.
At the end of a wonderful, active day there is yoga and a really delicious dinner.
On Sunday we start the day with a sweaty sports session.
We do this so that you can really enjoy satisfying your hunger during an extensive brunch.
Afterwards you can relax and at some point during the day it will be time to say goodbye to each other.
Luckily it's never the last time we see each other again :)
getting there
The Fitness & Yoga Retreat takes place in Wildhaus, St. Gallen.
Since we only have a few parking spaces in front of the house, we recommend traveling quickly by public transport to the “Schönau” bus stop, where we will pick you up.
From Zurich HB you can reach your destination within 1 hour and 50 minutes.
By car it takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.

In Wildhaus the maximum group size is 12 people plus the Templeshape team. On average there are usually around 10 guests.
We design our fitness and yoga sessions so that both beginners and advanced students get their money's worth. You don't need to have any previous knowledge of yoga or bootcamp fitness. Everyone goes at their own pace and will make sure that exercises are performed correctly to prevent injuries.
There is no compulsory program.
If you don't feel like doing sports or yoga or going on an excursion, then you can simply not join in. No one will be mad at you - it's your vacation and you should relax in the way that suits you best!
We are mostly a mixed group, with the majority of the group being in their 30s.
However, we have had everyone from 20 to 70 and we love this group. We really want to encourage everyone to come along, because age is absolutely irrelevant to us.
That's correct. Everyone books their own travel :)
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the retreat: You will be refunded 80% of your total payment (minus the deposit).
Cancellation 4-8 weeks before the retreat:
You will be refunded 501% of your total payment (minus the deposit).
Cancellation within 2-4 weeks before the retreat: You will be refunded 251% of your total payment (minus the deposit).
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the retreat: You will not receive a refund.
