Mamalates // Tuesdays 10-11 a.m
Enjoy a gentle but powerful Pilates workout - designed specifically for moms. Find your way back into your body, strengthen your core and relieve tension after the birth - in a supportive environment where your baby (from 3 months) can be right next to you.
Whether your child is sleeping, watching, or playing near you, you move through exercises tailored to your needs. Each class combines mindful movement, breath work and functional strength training - creating space for connection, community and flexibility (because that's exactly what mom life needs!).
No previous knowledge of Pilates is necessary. Mats and a cozy atmosphere are available - all you need is you, your baby, maybe your favorite toy - and the willingness to move and breathe together.
We recommend that you have already completed the regression.

Mamapower // Wednesdays 10-11 a.m
Look forward to a powerful, sweaty workout - especially for mothers and their babies (from 3 months). Strengthen your body, your stamina and your self-confidence in a supportive environment where your child can be right there with you.
Whether your baby is sleeping, watching, or playing near you, you'll move through functional strength exercises that are tailored to your needs. Each class combines targeted movement, body awareness and space for connection, community and – yes, a little sweat too! Because that’s exactly what being a mom needs.
Previous experience in the fitness sector is not necessary, but we recommend starting only after completing a post-training course.
Mats, props and a cozy atmosphere are available - just bring yourself, your baby and maybe your favorite toy - and the desire to move together.

Mamasté // Thursdays 10-11 a.m
Find your way back into your body, strengthen your core, regain flexibility and relieve tension after birth - in a supportive environment where your baby (from 3 months) is welcome right next to you.
Whether your child is sleeping, watching, or playing near you, you move through mindful yoga flows that are tailored to your needs.
Each class combines conscious movement, breath work and inner alignment - and creates space for connection, community and flexibility (because that's exactly what being a mom needs!).
No previous yoga knowledge is necessary. Mats, aids and a cozy atmosphere are available - just bring yourself, your baby and maybe your favorite toy - and the willingness to move and breathe together.
We recommend that you complete your post-graduate training before taking part in the courses.
