Join us for our exciting yoga & fitness retreat in Crete.
A brand new 9-bedroom villa with sea views, just a short walk from the ocean, will be your home for a whole week.
Enjoy daily workouts, delicious local treats, relaxed book reading sessions by the pool, and much more – everything your heart desires!
And of course, one cannot forget: the unbeatable company of like-minded people!
No matter where you are on your fitness and yoga journey and whether you travel alone or with companions – everyone is warmly invited to join this exciting experience!

Accommodation with sea view
We exclusively rent an absolute luxury villa with sea views for our retreat, just a 7-minute walk from the beach.
You can stay in a single room or in a double room (double bed or two single beds).
There are two pools, cozy lounges to chill in, long tables for entertaining evenings and dinners.
And of course, the incredibly beautiful sea view cannot be missed.


Sport & Yoga
One thing up front: Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.
If you want to participate in sports only once a week, that's completely fine. We don't attract people who come on holiday to shred and want to fly home with a six-pack.
We also don't attract people who want to have a deeply spiritual experience in the desert during the retreat and sing Om Shanti all day. Others cover that.
With us, you will find relaxed people who love to live healthily and balanced or who want to give their lives a kickstart towards a more sustainable healthy orientation with this retreat.
- Our HIIT fitness classes are designed to leave you feeling energized and fit at your departure.
- Our yoga is meant to stretch not only your body but also your mind and bring you in touch with your emotions. The yoga sessions will allow you to spend time with yourself and give you the peace you might not always get in everyday life.





Example Weekly Schedule
Day 1
Arrive and Immerse Yourself
Our shuttle will pick you up from Heraklion airport and take you directly to our luxurious villa in Skaleta. Check-in starts from 5:00 PM.
We will welcome you with a welcome drink and delicious food. Look forward to your cozy bed, where you can recover from the journey and prepare for the exciting next retreat day.
Day 2
The Kick-Off of Your Adventure
Your Greece adventure begins with an energetic boot camp session, followed by a delicious breakfast.
Your time by the pool, where you will make cool new friends, will only be interrupted for a communal lunch.
Relaxation comes with a yoga session by the pool, followed by a tasty dinner prepared by our private chef.
The day ends with a captivating lecture on nutrition and sports – so you can get the most out of your activities both in camp and at home.
Day 3
Dinner in a Proper Tavern
We start Sunday with another boot camp session.
If you are already feeling sore from the previous days, you can simply relax and look forward to the yoga session in the afternoon.
After yoga, we will march inland to a local restaurant that gives us an insight into Cretan culture. Get ready for a real Crete experience!
Day 4
Thank God it's Monday
How lovely it is to be in Greece on Easter Monday.
At home, it would be quite warm, and we are sitting here by the beautiful pool.
We will take a boot camp break today, so your body can recover a bit. Therefore, we will enjoy a yoga session by the pool already in the morning.
We will create dinner together during a cooking class with our private chef. He will show us the magic of Greek cuisine.

Day 5
Let's Create Memories
We will start today again full of energy with a boot camp session.
After that, we will enjoy the delicious breakfast together.
In the afternoon, there will be a creative workshop where you can create a souvenir to take home.
The evening yoga will totally relax us all. Let's dine and then fall relaxed into bed.
Day 6
Sun, Beach, and Fun
Today you have time to explore the nearby beaches (if you haven't done so already).
Otherwise, we have plenty of time for sports, community, and for yourself.
How about writing a letter to someone you have wanted to tell that you appreciate them for a long time?
Day 7
Market Expedition & Final Evening
One of the most special days in the fitness & yoga retreat is the excursion day to the nearby town of Rethymno.
There is a weekly market there every Thursday, where you can buy beautiful souvenirs as well as delicious local products.
Enjoy a local lunch there before you can enjoy your last yoga class back at the villa in the afternoon.
The last communal dinner is also coming up. Let's enjoy the presence of all the lovely retreat guests one more time.
We will toast with a delicious glass to an unforgettable week.
Day 8
The Grand Finale
It's time to say goodbye – but don't be sad!
The friendships you made this week will accompany you for a long time. Believe us, we speak from experience.
The final boot camp before breakfast gives you one last energy kick before our shuttle takes you to Heraklion airport.

How big is the retreat group?
Typically, the Crete retreat has 8 - 12 participants plus two people from the Templeshape team.
Are there specific requirements (fitness, yoga,...)?
We design our fitness and yoga sessions so that both beginners and advanced participants get their money's worth. So you don't need to bring any prior knowledge of yoga or bootcamp fitness. Everyone will participate at their own pace and will ensure that exercises are performed correctly to prevent injuries.
Is there a mandatory program?
There is no mandatory program.
If you don't feel like doing sports or yoga or going on an excursion, you can simply sit it out. No one will be upset - it's your vacation, and you should relax in whatever way suits you best!
What age groups are represented?
We are usually a mixed group, with most participants being in their 30s.
But from 20 to 70, we have had everyone, and we love this mix. We really want to encourage everyone to come along, as age doesn't play any role with us.
Flights are not included, right?
That's correct. Everyone books their own flights :)
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the retreat:
80% of your total payment will be refunded (minus the deposit).
Cancellation 4-8 weeks before the retreat:
35% of your total payment will be refunded (minus the deposit).
Cancellation within 0-4 weeks before the retreat: No refunds will be given, as it is almost impossible to fill the spot on such short notice.
