Mamalates // Tuesdays 10-11 AM
Enjoy a gentle yet powerful Pilates workout – specifically designed for moms. Reconnect with your body, strengthen your core, and relieve tension after birth – in a supportive environment where your baby (from 3 months old) can be right by your side.
Whether your child is sleeping, watching, or playing nearby – you will move through exercises tailored to your needs. Each session combines mindful movement, breathing work, and functional strength training – creating space for connection, community, and flexibility (because that's exactly what mama life needs!).
No prior knowledge of Pilates is required. Mats and a cozy atmosphere are provided – you just need to bring yourself, your baby, maybe the favorite toy – and the willingness to move and breathe together.
We recommend having completed your postpartum recovery.

Mamapower // Wednesdays 10-11 AM
Look forward to a powerful, sweat-inducing workout – specifically for moms and their babies (from 3 months). Strengthen your body, your endurance, and your self-confidence in a supportive environment where your child can be right by your side.
Whether your baby is sleeping, watching, or playing nearby – you will move through functional strength exercises tailored to your needs. Each session combines targeted movements, body awareness, and space for connection, community, and – yes, some sweat too! Because that's exactly what being a mom requires.
No previous experience in fitness is necessary, but we recommend starting only after completing a postpartum recovery course.
Mats, props, and a cozy atmosphere are provided – just bring yourself, your baby, and maybe the favorite toy – and the desire to move together.

Each session connects conscious movement, breathing work, and inner alignment – creating space for connection, community, and flexibility (because that's exactly what motherhood requires!).
