Spring workouts by the lake!
It is our mission to enable as many people as possible in Zurich to have a healthy and balanced fitness and yoga routine – and this includes the right assessment of what is healthy and what is excessive.
At Templeshape, you won't be a stranger for long – you'll train for 60 minutes in small groups of typically 6 - 12 people.
The Boot Camp trainings take place at Seebad Enge and in summer at Rentenwiese.
The workouts are tailored to your fitness level, as we make sure that everyone performs the exercises at their own pace cleanly to prevent injuries, and there is no room for big egos anyway.


Boot Camp style
You will perform exercises mostly with your own body weight and occasionally with a kettlebell or a resistance band.
Our goal in most sessions is to engage all your muscle groups.
Each training also includes an extensive warm-up, a fun workout, and a cooldown & stretch.
After the training, you can shower at our place and feel free to sit on the couch with a free foot massage and a delicious coffee (or a blue ginger tea) while answering a few emails and coworking with us.
So – all you need to bring is motivation, a water bottle, and possibly a yoga mat when outdoors.
No matter how old you are or what your current fitness level is, we look forward to sweating with you!
