Ich hatte eine tolle Woche mit Sport & Yoga in guter Gesellschaft, einem wunderschönen Haus und mit lieben Hosts. Es war eine grossartige Erfahrung und ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Retrait mit Templeshape besuchen.
Habe das Yoga Retreat gebucht im April. Was soll ich sagen, das war einer der schönsten Ferien Erfahrungen die ich je gemacht habe. Top organisiert, super schöne Teamdynamik und ganz herzliche Teacher durfte ich kennen lernen. Würde sofort wieder ein Retreat mit Templeshape buchen :)
Unglaubliches Yoga- und Surf-Retreat organisiert von Templeshape! Alles war super gut organisiert, die Villa war wunderschön und das Essen unglaublich. Sophi war wirklich wunderbar – sie ließ uns trainieren, uns verbessern und tief entspannen. Eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die ich sehr empfehle. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren! 🌊🧘♀️✨
It was a great week in Morocco with Templeshape Retreat. The villa was beautiful with a view of the sea, the beach was very close, and the waves were perfect for surfing beginners. We were cooked for very well and everything was fresh, with great consideration given to requests like vegetarian and gluten-free. We were a cool group and it was a really great experience, thank you for that. :)
Simply genius - perfect for switching off and enjoying! I am already looking forward to my next visit.
The yoga fitness retreat at Templeshape was an absolutely wonderful experience! The entire team runs the retreat with so much passion that you feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first minute. The combination of yoga, fitness, and relaxation was perfectly balanced. I would especially like to highlight the food - simply sensational, fresh, healthy, and prepared with a lot of love. I can wholeheartedly recommend this retreat.
I was able to spend a weekend with the Templeshape team and I am thrilled. From the first to the last minute, I felt very welcome and well cared for. The training sessions were professionally led and were fun (including 🥵😅). The food - personally a highlight for me - was extremely delicious and healthy.. all in all, a short but educational sports weekend. I would love to come back!
We had a great weekend with the Templeshape team! The warmth and kindness were palpable from the first moment. Dani and Mira cooked for us wonderfully, accommodating intolerances without batting an eye. The training and yoga were fantastic. Highly recommended and I would do it again immediately!

I just came back from a weekend retreat organized by templeshape.ch with Dani and Mira, and I can honestly say it was life-changing!From the very first moment we arrived, everything was so thoughtfully prepared – a beautiful welcome bag, the most wonderful house (private and cozy), and a warm, inspiring atmosphere.The retreat program was perfectly balanced:Friday: A deeply grounding yoga session with Mareen followed by Mira’s heavenly homemade dinner.Saturday: We started strong with an energizing bootcamp led by Dani, enjoyed a delicious organic vegetarian (with vegan & gluten-free options) breakfast, and listened to Dani’s powerful and personal nutrition input that truly touched us all. Later, we prepared our own pre-workout snack, went on a dreamy hike in the stunning Toggenburg region, and closed the day with another beautiful yoga session and a soul-nourishing dinner.Sunday: despite sore muscles, Dani pushed us (in the best way!) into another bootcamp, followed by what must have been the best breakfast ever. We then enjoyed a short creative workshop, before being sent home with homemade banana bread and hearts full of inspiration.Every detail was taken care of with so much love – the food, the activities, the group spirit, and the personal touches from Dani and Mira. The group dynamic was unique, the inputs for women were truly empowering, and the whole weekend left me feeling inspired, connected, and recharged.If you’re looking for a retreat that combines movement, mindfulness, delicious healthy food, nature, and genuine community – this is it. I can't wait to join again!
Ich habe an dem erstaunlichsten Wochenend-Retreat teilgenommen, das von Dani, Mira und dem Team organisiert wurde. Die Kombination aus intensiven Workouts, hervorragendem Yoga und dem besten (hausgemachten!) Essen, das ich je hatte, zusammen mit den wunderbaren Menschen, die dies möglich gemacht haben, ist wirklich etwas unglaublich Einzigartiges. Ich kann nur empfehlen, der Templeshape-Community beizutreten, sei es für ein Retreat oder die regulären Workouts in Zürich! Ein riesiges Dankeschön!
Sehr charismatisches und nettes Team. Ich habe das Retreat in Wildhaus absolut geliebt. Eine großartige Mischung aus Sport, Natur und Entspannung. Das köstliche Essen war das Sahnehäubchen. 5 Sterne sind nicht genug! Danke, Templeshapers 🤗

Last week I was for the first time in the new location of Templeshape at the Circle. The studio is very modern and well equipped. I particularly liked the warm, almost friendly atmosphere where you felt welcome from the very beginning. My brother-in-law and I were Pilates beginners with Elena in the Pilates Flow. The class was a lot of fun. The exercises could be individually adjusted with different weights and resistance bands, which also offered a good entry for beginners like us. Wehad another 2 days afterwards, but that didn't stop us from already booking the next class for next week. Additionally, the booking app is super easy to use and if there were questions, Dani from Templeshape was a super quick contact person. Best regards, Näsi
Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, umgeben von freundlichen und wirklich positiven Menschen – ohne Ausnahmen. Es erfüllte mein Herz mit Freude. Sowohl Livia als auch Selina waren absolut unglaublich als Bootcamp- und Yoga-Lehrerinnen. Trotz des regnerischen Wetters haben wir jeden Moment wirklich genossen.💪🏼Ich kann nur empfehlen, mit Templeshape auf Retreat zu gehen 😌. Alles war gut organisiert, und die Menschen hatten goldene Herzen.🤍
I am so happy, satisfied, and enchanted to have returned home from the retreat in Crete. It was my first retreat and has always been a dream of mine to do something like this. It completely met my expectations and even exceeded them. It was amazing!!! It was so beautiful, we had a relaxed group, we danced and laughed a lot. The villa with a view of the sea is dreamy. The food is so delicious, healthy, and everything is freshly prepared. The training was a lot of fun, with boot camp and yoga it was totally varied. The twohosts (Selina & Livia) led the retreat with passion, a lot of motivation, and so lovingly🫶 I thank you from the bottom of my heart and also to the Templeshape team for the truly professional organization.❤️ I will definitely book another retreat with Templeshape and can recommend it to everyone!
I visited the retreat in Crete together with my mom. We really enjoyed it very much. The two hosts (Livia and Selina) were really great. Two wonderful people with a lot of energy and passion❤️. We felt comfortable right from the start and the boot camp and yoga sessions were really very good. The villa is stunning and our group was also great. We had a wonderful age mix and really had a lot of fun, beautiful and funny moments together. There was also enough time for our own activities.Thank you to Tempelshape for this great week 😊
the mix of BootCamp and Yoga at the nicest places (beach, pool) outdoor! with great teachers with the best healthy local food was just amazing
An extremely friendly team and a well-thought-out training for all levels – even for advanced participants. The food is fantastic, and you learn a lot about yourself and your body in a playful way. Personal ideas are spontaneously integrated, which makes it very personal. I would have liked to stay longer – great participants and an atmosphere that makes you want more. From now on definitely an annual must-do!

Super beautiful week in Fuerteventura! Thank you very much for the many beautiful impressions and moments. From the very beginning, Sophia welcomed us on site very warmly and accompanied us throughout the week! The food, the mega villa, the great people, the Pilates, and the surfing, everything fit and was wonderfully organized. I can highly recommend Sophia and the whole team in Fuerteventura and would do this trip again at any time.

Es war die BESTE Woche in Fuerteventura. Wunderschöne Villa mit gesunder und köstlicher Nahrung, zubereitet von der Geschmacksqueen Vanessa. Solide Pilatesstunden von Louise, um sich auf das Surfen vorzubereiten, und Expertenmassagen von Robbie, um sich danach zu erholen. Am wichtigsten ist, dass Sophias herzlicher und lustiger Ansatz uns schnell zu einer angenehmen Gruppe mit vielen Abenteuern und Lachen geformt hat.
I am what you can say a retreat addict but there is a reason why…because once you’ve had a taste of just one amazing experience, you want to have it again. But not all retreats are equal and only a few leave you with not only the beautiful memories to keep and amazing vistas to remember but also the feeling of having met family. This last week in Fuerteventura at Templeshape Pilates and Surf where all that and more. From the warm reception by Sophia, the hostess, who came to pick me up even late into the evening because of the disastrous flight mishaps of the day to the friendly and homelike greeting from everyone at breakfast the next day, from the amazingly rich and healthy foods of Mother Earth made by Vanessa to the healing hands of Robbie to knock out all the knots and stresses stored up in the body, from the rigorous tumbles of the surf in Playa Blanca under the reassuring gaze of our surf coaches, Joan and Sam, to the downward dogs and Pilates 100s of our lovely instructor, Louise, all warmed the soul while surrounded by the long dormant Calderon Hondo and guarded by the bright constellation of Orion and Jupiter above in the most beautiful, architecturally designed villa I have ever stayed at. There is a reason that many movies have been filmed on this island. It's stunning! It is always amazing how quickly a group of seeming strangers become like old friends and family in just a few days and this one certainly felt just like that. A great way to start 2025! Thank you all!

From the first moment on you will feel like being on holiday with old friends, where you can be yourself with and relax and meet new friends. From sunrise surfs, coming home to the amazing breakfast cooked by the fairy godmother of the kitchen Vanessa, to having a nap on the couch, while listening to conversations and Jazi induced laughs from your new friends, cooking classes, Pilates and templeshapequeen Dani’s signature burn served by the pool, to sunset drinks by the ocean - it will be an experience you will never forget. Plus points if you bring your mum for even more laughter, wisdom and fun. Thank you Templeshape for this wonderful week in Fuerteventura - my body, mind and heart are still overflowing with joy and I will cherish these moments for a long time. I could not have wished for a more fun, enjoyable week in Fuerteventura with Dani and the Templeshape team. It was just the perfect tonic I needed in every way for body, mind and soul.I loved every minute, met some like-minded, new friends, ate far too much nutritious, delicious food, really enjoyed the pilates, loved the surfing, plus creative ateliers 'crafted' specially for us.Dani cared for us all so much, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every attention to detail from the beyond stunning, yet welcoming villa, our generously thoughtfulTempleshape goodie bags (the best ever!) upon arrival...programme timing and all were exemplary. Big thanks equally to our amazing chef Vanessa and to Robbie and his team for our massages...I really didn't want to leave and can't wait to return to this magical volcanic isle and on another retreat with Templeshape. Hopefully also together with some of the amazing girls I was also lucky to meet.Dani, Gerrit, you are the best and again I cannot thank you enough!

The villa is a dreamlike film set and the rooms with their own terraces overlooking the volcano - stunning. The group was simply great and the atmosphere very cheerful and relaxed. Surfing, Pilates, and the sunrise volcano hike were just SUPER!!! Vanessa, our cooking queen, spoiled us culinarily from morning till evening and the cooking course sessions were very inspiring andwere a lot of fun. Relaxing by the pool was incredibly refreshing. I fly home very satisfied and happy and I am already looking forward to the next Templeshape retreat😃Thank you very much🙏😘😘
The retreat in Fuerteventura was AMAZING!!! Our hosts were unbeatable friendly and helpful!!! The food was very delicious and prepared with a lot of love!! Anyone who has never been to Templeshape at the retreat must definitely catch up on this!!!!

Booked a retreat with Templeshape to Spain (Cambrils) out of everyday life. One of my best decisions in life. With a big smile and open heart, we were welcomed as guests in the beautiful villa. The harmony of the group was palpable from the first minute. A week with varied sports activities (Yoga & Bootcamp), sensational meals always prepared with love, good conversations, hearty laughter, and simply experiencing a state of happiness I could witness. I was at the retreat in Morocco in September, it was simply great! The overall package with workouts (bootcamp, yoga, surfing), the delicious food, the unforgettable excursions, and the wonderful people made the retreat perfect! Between the program points, one could enjoy the sun by the pool or the view from the beautiful villa. A big thank you to Sophia and Elettra for the great week!

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von meiner Erfahrung bei Temple Shape bis jetzt! Ich bin ihnen zum ersten Mal begegnet, während ich im Park trainiert habe, wo ich eine Gruppe von Menschen gesehen habe, die zusammen ein Workout gemacht haben. Meine Neugier brachte mich dazu zu fragen, was los war, und so habe ich Dani kennengelernt. Sie war super nett und hat schnell alle Details über Temple Shape geteilt. Was ich entdeckt habe, hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie haben ein großartiges Studio in der Stadt, aber im Sommer verlegen sie ihre Workouts nach draußen, was eine großartige Möglichkeit war, die Dinge aufzupeppen. Sie bieten auch Sitzungen an coolen Orten anwie das 25. Hotel West, wo man danach sogar in die Sauna entspannen kann - definitiv eine schöne Ergänzung! Und ihre Rückzüge in Europa klingen erstaunlich. Ich freue mich darauf, die auch auszuprobieren. Neu in Zürich, freue ich mich, eine so einladende Gemeinschaft gefunden zu haben, die sich auf Gesundheit und Wellness konzentriert. Das Studio hat eine großartige Atmosphäre, mit einem gemütlichen Raum, um abzuhängen, gesunde Snacks zu holen und sich vor und nach den Kursen mit anderen zu verbinden. Vielen Dank an das Team von Temple Shape für den herzlichen Empfang, ich freue mich auf weitere großartige Sitzungen mit euch allen!

I signed up for the retreat at Wildhaus and it was my first retreat ever. I don’t think I could have asked for a better one. Dani, Mira and Gerrit will go out of their way in every aspect to make sure you’re looked after. Despite not knowing anyone when I walked in, it felt like home from the first meal. The workouts were well planned and enjoyable, the food was healthy and delicious, the hikes were refreshing and all activities well thought out. There are several activities where you get to know people you’re staying with as well as becomingaware about yourself and fitness in general. Made a few good friends from this trip as well. Will definitely recommend this!!
Wir haben das Wochenende im Retreat in Wildhaus total genossen und sind super happy. Dani, Mira und Gerit haben uns rundum verwöhnt. Nicht nur, dass es an nichts gefehlt hat, wir wurden zusätzlich mit frischen und unglaublich leckeren Speisen versorgt. Die Yoga- und Bootcamp-Sessions waren intensiv, doch gerade deshalb besonders wirksam – man fühlt sich danach einfach grossartig:) Die herzliche und authentische Art von Dani, Mira und Gerit haben wir sehr geschätzt. Man spürt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit grosser Leidenschaft machen und mit Herz dabei sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. After doing lots of Yoga, Pilates and workout classes at Templeshape, I also decided to go for one of their retreats, so I joined the one in Wildhaus. As I actually already expected, it was an amazing experience that I can just recommend! It’s an amazing mix of Yoga and workouts as well as a few other activities and on top their will spoil you with self cooked treats and meals! As in their studio it was a really welcoming atmosphere! Mira, Dani and Gerrit were amazing hosts and I can’t wait to join one of the other retreats too!! A big thanksto all of them for making this experience so unique!
Super nice!!! Recently joined the weekend retreat in Wildhaus and it was really nice. It was my first time doing Yoga and Mira was super helpful and patient. And Dani’s bootcamps were the best way to start the day!! They created a warming atmosphere through the whole weekend. And the food was really amazing!!! Totally recommended!!
